He is now a seasoned Chartered Surveyor (qualifying in 1989) with significant knowledge and understanding of all property aspects within the telecommunications sector as well as extensive knowledge of commercial property. He has worked in the telecoms sector for both fixed and mobile telecoms operators. The work has involved a range of disciplines from property management, to carrying out acquisitions, planning, rent reviews, lease renewals, valuations, disposals, audits and strategic consultancy.
He is also a member of the management team for the RICS Telecoms Forum and was formerly Chair from 2004 to 2009.
